Biography Reverend William Edward Wallner was born in Poland in 1904. He was the only survivor of eleven children in his family. The rest of his family lost their lives during the Holocaust. Rev. Dr. Wallner was Chaplain General of the Polish Army for many years leading up to World War II and also a member of the pre-war Polish Cabinet.
